Dear Jeff,

Greetings and i hope this is a great year for construction in the residential field.
I am writing this e-mail in regard to a possible interview about what communication skills are used of the job site.
If possible, could you read through this brief introduction of what questions i will have for the interview.

• Safety Meetings

-Just a overview of general safety practices
-OSHA safety
-Specific hazards to be aware of

• Task Organization

-How tasks are effectively communicated
-Strategies on increasing productivity and motivation
-Communicating teamwork to employees

• Managing a Good Impression on Clients

-How the company holds itself in the eyes of the public
-Dealing with conflicts or difficult people
-Effective leadership techniques

This is just a brief overview of a few key points that i have concerns with, as far as communication
in the construction industry. In my opinion, communication is key to effective leadership and proper work ethic.
If you would be willing to discuss these subjects on communication, i would be grateful if we could set up an interview
